Kevin O’Harra is the Chief Appraiser at San Diego Valuations and has over 16 years of experience in residential appraisals.

He grew up in San Diego and attended UCSD where he received a bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Economics and Decision Science. Over the years he has taken countless hours of education to stay on top of the profession and at the top of his game. He belongs to numerous publications and groups, as well as engages with other area appraisers to help elevate our profession.

All of this allows him to stay on top of the issues, learn new tools and utilize them to keep creating the best product he can for you. Kevin is an SRA designated appraiser by the Appraisal Institute and has certifications in Green Building and Solar Energy valuation.

As a speaker, Kevin has related his knowledge to various real estate, law offices, and appraisal industries; his knowledge of local areas is second-to-none. In addition to his focused, personal service efforts, Kevin extends his professional time and attention to making sure that the job is done well. He is not deterred by hard to price homes or difficult listings but makes it a point to explain the process and techniques of appraisals and stands behind his work.
